NXT Step Advisors needed a professional online home for fractional leadership, speaking, coaching, and its growing brand. We built the site to make each part of the business easier to understand and give visitors a clear next step.
The challenge
NXT Step Advisors had several different ways it could help a business, but the website needed to make those options feel simple. Visitors had to quickly understand the difference between fractional leadership, speaking, and coaching while also getting a clear sense of who Colby is and why they should trust him.
What we focused on
Give the brand a professional home, make the offers easier to understand, and create a clear path for someone who wants to learn more or schedule a conversation.
The website build
We built the site around the questions a new visitor is most likely to have: What does NXT Step Advisors do, which service fits my situation, who will I be working with, and what should I do next?
Homepage
The homepage introduces the brand, separates the main service paths, builds trust around Colby, and gives visitors a direct way to schedule a conversation.
Services
The services section makes the different offers easier to understand so visitors can quickly see which type of support fits what they need.
Schedule a Conversation
The contact flow gives interested visitors a simple next step without making them search through the site to figure out how to reach out.
