Guiding Star Mental Health
A clearer website built around the people using it.
Guiding Star needed a website that made its services easier to understand, worked better on mobile, and gave visitors a clearer way to get in touch.
The challenge
Guiding Star already had the information visitors needed, but it wasn’t always easy to find. Some pages were text-heavy, important services were buried in the navigation, and the mobile experience made it harder to quickly understand what the practice offered.
What we focused on
Make the site easier to scan, simplify the navigation, improve the mobile experience, and create a clearer path for visitors to reach out.
Before and after
The redesign focused on making each part of the site easier to understand and easier to use, especially on mobile.

Homepage
We simplified the layout, tightened the main message, and made the next step easier to see.

Services
We broke up long blocks of text and made it easier for visitors to find the type of care they were looking for.

Contact
We simplified the page so visitors could understand what to do next without digging through extra information.
What changed
Easier navigation
Important services and contact information are easier to find without clicking through several layers.
Clearer presentation
The new layout gives the practice a cleaner, more professional look while keeping the information easy to read.
Better on mobile
Pages were reorganized to make the experience easier to follow on smaller screens.
Clearer next steps
Contact and booking options are easier to spot so visitors know where to go when they are ready to reach out.
